Groomed to Perfection is a  grooming shop with a small staff of dog lovers located in the beautiful north Georgia town of Blue Ridge. With over 25 years of professional dog grooming experience, we specialize in gentle and calm grooming techniques which produces a happier experience for both your dog and the groomer. Our shop is open from 10am until 3pm so it is a relatively short day of grooming for most dogs. Our drop off time is 10am and we will call the dog owners about 30 minutes before the grooming is complete so that you can be enroute to pick your dog back up. We try to avoid as much time in the crate as possible.

 

We are not a high volume business, but a small cozy and comfortable shop located in a quiet country setting. We began our business in downtown Blue Ridge in 2006 at the end of East Main Street. The Humane Society of Blue Ridge was also located in this building and due to their need for expansion we needed to relocate. In May 2009 we opened our own brand new shop on Scenic Drive just off Highway 5  North of Merciers Apple House and South of the Ocoee Animal Hospital. 

 

In 2010 we added a roof over the back door and an enclosed fenced area to take the groomed dogs out to relieve themselves after their baths. We keep them onleash even inside the fenced area for safety.

 

In 2011 we hope to put in a fenced play area for our clients to take their dogs  on the other side of our parking lot. It will be like a small dog park. It will also make an excellent area for dog training classes should an interest be shown in this aspect of dog ownership.

 

Please give us a call!  We look forward to meeting both you and your "best friend"!  We do full grooms by appointment only, but can usually fit in just baths during the workday.  You can stop by for just a toenail clipping at any time during our open hours.
